First, avoidance is the best strategy. We all want a cure for allergies and MCS. I am not aware of anything that is 100% effective at curing either in all cases but things may have just changed.

Treatments for Allergies

I personally have found Zyrtec to be very effective. I do not get drowsy from it. I can't get by without it. I have to take a 10 mg tablet daily. Zyrtec is now available over-the-counter in the U.S. and Canada.
