Latest Updates On My Progress Now That I'm Cured of MCS

May 03, 2011 - It now appears that I came down with the flu. It is not the return of my chemical sensitivities. My back is still messed up. I'm going to have to be more careful while it's healing. I was working at the desk too much too soon.

May 01, 2011 - I've been experiencing significant sinus congestion for about a week now. I can think of four things that could cause this other than a return of my chemical sensitivities. A friend of mine who has never been chemically sensitive is also experiencing significant sinus congestion right now. I don't want to read too much into it. Let's let it play out for now.

April 17, 2011 - Once you are cured I can tell you there is definitely a phase where you are healing up. I'm grateful to everyone who cautioned me to not try to do too much too quick. It's not easy to be patient. I have good days where I feel a lot of improvement and days where I am not sure I am making much more progress. The big problem for me is my back. It's keeping me from answering the emails I receive. I do use some scented products now. No issues. I am still MCS free and getting more and more productive. Everyone tells me that each time they talk to me on the phone I sound better.

April 6, 2011 - I continue to heal up. The last two weeks that I had MCS, I was very sick. This put me in the perfect situation to observe cause and effect as no other situation could. You couldn't duplicate this in any lab. Unfortunately, I was so weak that I torn something in the middle of my back. I'm hoping it will completely heal. It's limiting how much I can do at the computer. I hope everyone that wrote to me understands I'm not ignoring them. I am still MCS free by the way - and have been since March 22nd.
