I have had bad allergies and MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) since birth. I'm fifty years old now. I'm mad. I'm fighting back. So should you. This site is all about finding the best ways to reduce the effects of allergies and MCS while working to eliminate these conditions.

On April 18, 2008, I released my research report on The Challenges Faced by Students (and teachers) with MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) in a Traditional School Environment. It's available online as a web page or a PDF.

April 29, 2008: Dr. Pall recently suggested we might get better results if we adjusted up the dosages of his treatment protocol from his previous conservative recommendations. I have a Dosage Change Log that you can view with the changes I made and the results I got.
