How I Know I'm Cured of MCS

  1. I walked by a home, caught a very strong smell of fabric softener. It didn't bother me. I thought it smelled nice.
  2. My skin is so much healthier looking. I can't stop looking at my face and hands. The difference is obvious.
  3. I walked five miles last night, no flu like symptoms today
  4. My mind is much calmer, my body is no longer reactive, my nerves are no longer on edge.
  5. I'm walking much slower, much more relax. I am no longer pacing around the house like a often used to do.
  6. I sleep very easily. I sleep for hours without interruption. I sleep and nap much deeper than ever before. It feels great!
  7. I had 40 - 50 people in the house a few days ago. Seemed like everyone had perfume or cologne on. I had no problems at all.
  8. A fire truck and ambulance responded to an emergency next door several days ago. Lots of diesel fumes. I was intentionally standing outside breathing it. I had no problems with it at all.
  9. I'm not taking any medicines: prescription or over the counter. I'm not taking any supplements of any kind.
  10. I don't get winded talking at length on the phone.
  11. I can eat a wide range of foods that used to bother me.
  12. I have plenty of Chap Stick lip balm on my lips. The lip balm doesn't bother me anymore. It smells good.
