Safe Rooms
It’s important to have at least one safe room for sleeping and one for living. They should be as free of chemicals (including VOC’s) and allergens as possible.
Communication
Let anyone you live with know about the special needs you have. Ask them to cooperate. Many people who do not have severe allergies or MCS can not relate to they conditions. You have the right to be well. Insist that they accommodate you.
Help Needed
I’m looking for help in writing some brochures or information sheets:
- One that children can give their parents,
- One that parents can give their children, and
- One that spouses can give their significant other.
Please let me know if you know of something that already exists that is suitable for one or more of these situations. Also let me know if you will write one or more of these that we all can share with those in need.
