Exercise
Exercise is critical to healthy living for a multitude of reasons. We all know that. Unfortunately for MCS sufferers, too much exercise makes us sick. It's a fine line between not enough exercise and too much exercise.
Start out with just a light work out of just a three minutes. Add one to two minutes of exercise to your work outs about every week. So, week one you might only do three minutes of exercise a day, most days. Week two, you might do four or five minutes of exercise a day, most days. And so on.
You don't have to work out for very long to get good conditioning. 20-30 minutes a day is plenty. New studies indicate that you can get the same result working out 10 minutes, 2-3 times a day.
Resistance training is important to maintaining proper bone density however it also creates toxins in your muscles. Start out with aerobic exercise like light walking. Then after several weeks add some light resistance training. Be very careful not to over do it!
Try to maintain ideal conditions in your environment all the time if you are going to be working out. Also make sure to take your treatment protocol supplements. The goal is to give yourself the best possible chance of succeeding in an exercise program so you can enjoy its many health benefits.
