Keep your environment clean! This is very important. When I put myself on a cleaning schedule and throw out all the unnecessary stuff that I accumulated over several years, I improved quite a bit.
Use air purifiers to keep down contaminants. If you have chemical sensitivities make sure some the air purifiers work on volatile organic chemicals (VOC’s).
Remove any furniture that you might be reacting to. I finally gave up on my old desk. I gave it to a neighbor. All those drawers and little spots for dust to accumulate were a real problem. I can work much longer at the table I use for my desk now.
Consider using an antihistamine. I didn't’t have much luck with anything until I tried Zyrtec which works great for my regular allergies and does NOT make me drowsy.
Avoid environments that will cause you difficulties. Go around perfume sections in the stores for example.
