When you first discover you have allergies and MCS there is usually a learning curve that you go on where you are discovering what you react to and how to avoid them.  The first step is to find out what you’re allergic too.  Allergists can do tests for common allergens.  Chemical sensitivities are more challenging.  Connecting with other sufferers will accelerate this learning process.

Get Connected
Make sure you plug into the support groups for allergy and MCS sufferers. Get to know some of the members through the discussion boards and chats. Share your experiences. Then when you need to ask someone for advice you will have a ready list of friends to communicate with that understand what you're going through. You'll find the allergy and MCS communities full of thoughtful and helpful people.
