Welcome!
I have had bad allergies and MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) since birth. I'm fifty-one years old now. I'm mad. I'm fighting back. So should you. This site is all about finding the best ways to reduce the effects of allergies and MCS while working to eliminate these conditions.
I recently tried Dr. Pall's over-the-counter treatment protocol for MCS - AND IT WORKED!
Zyrtec, a leading medicine for allergies, becomes available over-the-counter in the U.S. beginning January 2008. Read the press release.
March 2008: Dr. Pall adds Buffered Vitamin C with Magnesium to his treatment protocol for MCS. See the Treatments web page for details.
On April 18, 2008, I released my research report on The Challenges Faced by Students (and teachers) with MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) in a Traditional School Environment. It's available online as a web page or a PDF.
April 29, 2008: Dr. Pall recently suggested we might get better results if we adjusted up the dosages of his treatment protocol from his previous conservative recommendations. I have a Dosage Change Log that you can view with the changes I made and the results I got.
May 2008: I began experimenting with liposomal glutathione. I have gotten excellent results with it.
December 2008: Several months ago I improved enough that I stopped taking Dr. Pall’s treatment protocol (and the glutathione) completely (even though I have lots left over) and my multiple chemical sensitivities have not gotten worse again. It used to be that if I stopped taking those components my chemical sensitivities would quickly get worse again. I still consider myself in treatment. I still practice avoidance. I still mainly stay in a controlled environment. I still take Zyrtec for regular allergies. I still have some residual chronic fatigue.
I hope this site helps you. And please join me to help others and eventually eliminate the effects of allergies and chemical sensitivities that torment so many of us.
